Medical Science Building

Client: Caldwell & Walsh Building

Summary: Renovation of corridors, labs and classrooms on six floors of this building which was damaged by Hurricane Sandy. The ceilings were metal panel with downward accessibilty for upgraded electrical infrastructure and tight clearances. The 8 week schedule required a large allowance for overtime to meet a compressed schedule to allow for FEMA deadlines.
